North Fork Physical Therapy is a trusted local practice providing hands-on physical therapy with a focus on thoughtful care, clinical experience, and long-standing relationships. Our “guiding light” is trust and partnership with our patients.
Founded in 1983, North Fork Physical Therapy has operated in our Cutchogue location since 2002.
We work with those recovering from injury and surgery, improving mobility and balance, and returning safely to everyday activity.

Located on the south side of Main Road in Cutchogue Village between Disset Chocolate and the barber shop.
Parking is available along Main Road or in the lot just west of the office.
